Sheriff Sherm
Hazy IPA / 5.8% ABV
This juicy New England style IPA presents aromas of mango, bright tropical citrus flavors, notes of guava and grapefruit with a lingering sweetness balanced by just the right amount of hop bitterness.
The Cowboy in this photo is who we named the beer for. His name was Sherm Walker. He was a Hollywood stunt man in the early 60’s who moved to Panama City Beach where he played the role the “Sheriff of Ghost Town” when it opened in 1966. On a half hour schedule he would have gunfights with desperados on the Main Street and never lost a quick draw showdown! Sherm and Ghost Town are fondly remembered by many PCB locals and visitors.
