Tommy Oliver
American Lager / 6.8% ABV
This medium bodied American lager is clean & refreshing, showcasing a grainy-sweet corn flavor for a moderately rich taste with a creamy mouthfeel. We named our new American Lager after local coach and WWII hero Tommy Oliver. He grew up in this town and played football at Bay High School. After college, Tommy came back to his hometown to coach. Coach Oliver was a true patriot, at 34 years old with a wife and two children at home, he answered his country’s call to defend freedom in WWII. He fought bravely but sadly was killed in battle by a Japanese sniper while giving medical aid to one of his fellow Marines. Since 1945, Bay High's Tommy Oliver Stadium has honored the memory of Bay County’s "All-American Boy" and every Bay County High School graduate who died in service to our country in WWII. -
The Hero
Porter / 5.3% ABV
Our English-style Porter is a well-rounded and mild dark ale with aromas of chocolate malts and classic roasted flavors. We named it The Hero to honor Lt. Edwin Gorbet, a true local hero who sacrificed himself to save many. Click here to hear the story of his bravery. -
Sweet Tater

Tons of sweet potatoes, marshmallows, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg go into this strong ale for all the scrumptious holiday flavors you're craving this time of year. -
Pollywog
GF Hard Apple Cider / 5% ABV
We added a touch of warming spices to this batch of our dry apple cider for a hint of the holidays! -
SEALAB
IPA / 6.2% ABV
Our newest batch of the famous experimental IPA features hop #09326 from Hopsteiners giving it fruity aromas, a light and herbal body with berry notes on the finish. Since the IPAs in this series are "experiments," we thought it was only fitting to name them for the Naval Support Activity (NSA) on St. Andrew's Bay, where "SEALAB" has been performing some cool marine experiments for over 75 years. -
McTrusty
Amber Lager / 3.8% ABV
This light bodied amber lager has subtle notes of caramel and baking spice from the unique crystal rye malts and lagering yeast. We named this for a local retired U.S. Navy Seal, Master Chief Tim McTrusty. Since 1964, the Navy Lab in Panama City has been designing and building manned submersibles and testing them out in Saint Andrews Bay. McTrusty is an engineer for the program and is credited with developing many systems that have increased the capabilities of the subs by leaps and bounds. He is an incredible inspiration to an entire community of engineers, divers, SEALs, and pretty much anyone who knows him.

Johnny G's
Kölsch / 5.3% ABV
15 pounds of local wildflower honey goes into each batch of this German-style ale. It's light, slightly floral, and super easy-drinking. This is the same recipe locals have been loving for 4 years, but until now we just called it “Wildflower Honey Kölsch.” We named this batch for our dear friend and V.I.P. 1909 Member, John Gillespie. (because we can) -
Grey Ghost
Blonde Nitro Stout / 5.6% ABV
A blonde stout gone brunette! We add Earl Grey tea to this brew for uniquely floral aromas, tannic body, and a smooth nitro finish. Grey Ghost was the name of a former U.S. Navy Tugboat that was sunk 22 miles off shore by the Panama City Marine institute’s artificial reef program in 1978. -
Island Hopper
Hazy IPA / 6.6% ABV
New England Style Hazy IPA featuring a unique Norwegian yeast with sultana dry hop. Island Hopper has a potent citrus, lemon-forward aroma and a juicy mouthfeel with a lingering finish. This batch features lots of citra hops for flavor, but it isn't overly bitter. If you're not sure about hoppy beers, try this one, it's our "starter IPA!" Perfectly crushable and great for trips to Shell Island, family BBQ’s, and general fun in the sun. -
Sir Loin
Imperial Coffee Stout / 8.5% ABV
Our biggest, strongest stout is infused with local Amavida coffee and aged on cacao nibs for rich and decadent coffee & chocolate flavors. We named it after the "Sir Loin" statue that used to stand guard outside of a Panama City Beach family steakhouse back in the 1960's (you may remember him as his 1980's persona, King Neptune). Weighing in at 10 tons, it was the largest statue in Florida until it was torn down in 2004. -
Belle Booth
Blonde Ale / 4.7% ABV
This classic American Blonde Ale is our easy drinkin, easy goin, refreshing beer that everyone loves. We named it for Belle Booth, who was Panama City’s first female postmaster and, after the passing of her first husband Dr. Booth, married our very first mayor Robert McKenzie. Belle built the home that they eventually lived in with her bare hands, and The McKenzie House is now a historic landmark that sits right behind our brewery in downtown Panama City. -
Jewel's Hibiscus
Wheat Ale / 5.6% ABV
We infused our American wheat ale with Hibiscus tea to create this floral, tart, bright pink, totally unique brew that locals cannot get enough of!
Jewel Booth was the beloved daughter of Belle & Dr. Charles Erwin Booth. -
McKenzie's Finest
Nitro Milk Stout / 6.6% ABV
English-style stout brewed with milk sugar for a creamy mouthfeel and just a touch of sweetness on the finish to round out the quintessential notes of dark chocolate & coffee. We put this one on nitro for an even smoother finish. This one is named after Panama City's very first mayor, Robert McKenzie. His house still stands as a historic landmark right behind our brewery in downtown Panama City.

Loftin's Ferry
Hefeweizen / 5.4% ABV
We named this traditional German style wheat bier Loftin’s Ferry after a historic landmark on the East bank of St. Andrews Bay. The Ferry was operated by a man named William Loftin in the 1800’s and brought many travelers, mail, and great commerce to our area from the North. It was here that Loftin and a few friends developed and founded a little town called Austerlitz, but in 1886 the name of the town was changed to the one we know today: Parker. -
Sheriff Sherm
Hazy IPA / 5.8% ABV
Bright & juicy New England style IPA that presents aromas of mango, tropical citrus flavors, notes of guava and grapefruit with a lingering sweetness balanced by just the right amount of hop bitterness.
The cowboy in this photo is who we named the beer for. His name was Sherm Walker. He was a Hollywood stunt man in the early 60’s who moved to Panama City Beach where he played the role the “Sheriff of Ghost Town” when it opened in 1966. On a half hour schedule he would have gunfights with desperados on the Main Street and never lost a quick draw showdown! Sherm and Ghost Town are fondly remembered by many PCB locals and visitors. -
Saint's Bay Margarita
Gose / 4.2%
We brew this sour ale with salt, lime, and orange peel for flavors and tartness that will remind you of sippin’ a marg’ on the beach! It is named for our Saint Andrew’s Bay, which has been referred to as “Saint’s Bay” many times over the years.
