We're a brewpub located in downtown Panama City, Florida excited to tell historic stories of our community around food and drink. We hope you'll join us downtown!
We love this town and the stories of how this community was built. It was built by ordinary people who gathered and did extraordinary things together.
We're excited to tell these stories around food and drink. We want to be a place our community can come gather, meet each other, support progress by supporting each other, and help Bay County realize it's untapped potential.
After smoking these chicken wings for several hours we flash-fry them, toss them our super-secret seasoning blend, and serve them piping hot with a side of Alabama white dipping sauce.
This big, fluffy on the inside crunchy on the outside, delicious Bavarian pretzel is served with Dan's from-scratch beer cheese made with our Belle Booth Blonde Ale.
Creamy, dreamy burrata surrounded by slices of fresh heirloom tomato drizzled with local Balsamic vinegar and topped with ribbons of fresh basil.
Better than your grandma's but we won't tell if you don't! Thick-cut bologna stacked on a potato roll and dressed with our house made pimento cheese, dijon aioli, and pickles. Served with fries.
Irish Ale
We used both light and dark crystal malts to brew this Irish Ale, giving it a medium to full body with toasted, nutty notes. This one has a super crisp finish that will satisfy even the lager-lovers out there!
East Coast IPA
We named this East Coast IPA after the artist who designed & built all of those cool rides at Miracle Strip Amusement Park & Shipwreck Island. This batch features El Dorado hops, which gives it notes of tropical fruit and hard candy. It's dry hopped, but is well balanced, slightly more juicy than bitter!
Wheat Ale
We infused this American wheat ale with Hibiscus tea and Mango puree to create this tart, fruity, floral, totally unique brew that locals absolutely love!
Stout
English-style stout brewed with milk sugar for a creamy mouthfeel and just a touch of sweetness on the finish to round out notes of roasted coffee. We put this one on nitro for an even smoother finish.
This ale is named after Panama City's very first mayor, Robert McKenzie. His house still stands as a historic landmark right behind our brewery in downtown Panama City.
This is the story of the Massalina family and their local legacy.
